At Caffeine.exe, every order is freshly roasted and prepared with care before shipment. We work with trusted fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and roasted within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Processing times may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to product availability.

Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days total (including processing and transit time).

International Orders

Estimated delivery time: 2–6 business weeks depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when applicable.

We currently offer free shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order ships. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. CaffeineExe is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
