Caffeine.exe Rewards is a mobile rewards app developed and operated by TriBush LLC. This page explains how users can request deletion of their Caffeine.exe Rewards app account/profile and associated app data.
What data can be deleted?
If you request deletion, we will delete or disable the app account/profile data associated with your Caffeine.exe Rewards app use, where reasonably identifiable. This may include:
- Anonymous app account/profile data;
- Reward points balance;
- Daily reward claim status;
- Referral code and referral usage status;
- Redeemed coupon history stored by the app;
- Other app reward activity associated with your app profile.
What may not be deleted through this app request?
This request applies to Caffeine.exe Rewards app data. It does not automatically delete separate store, order, payment, shipping, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records related to purchases made through the Caffeine.exe Shopify store.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Caffeine.exe Rewards app account/profile and associated app data, email us at:

- Your referral code, if visible in the app;
- Any coupon code shown in your app, if available;
- A short statement that you want your Caffeine.exe Rewards app account/profile and associated app data deleted.

Processing time
We will review deletion requests and process them within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to identify the relevant app account/profile. In some cases, we may ask for additional information to verify which anonymous app profile should be deleted.
